Pumpkin Fries - Crispy Homemade French Fries


INGREDIENTS (2 PEOPLE)



  • 1 small butternut squash
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Half a tsp. chili powder
  • Salt
  • Rosemary (optional)
  • Ketchup


INSTRUCTIONS


1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

2. Peel the pumpkin and cut it into the shape of French fries.

3. Pour into a large bowl and mix with cornstarch.

4. Add coconut oil, garlic powder and stir well.

5. Place pumpkin potatoes on a baking sheet covered with baking paper without touching.

6. Bake 30-35 minutes until crisp. Turn them over from time to time and bring them out when finished.
